Growing up I was never exactly sure what I was going to succeed at or what I wanted to be. There was no real plan or footsteps that I wanted to follow in. I knew I wanted to do something different that wasn’t the typical norm. Being active was a way of life all the way from daily yard work and walking my dogs to the weight room and the many different sports that I participated in. This all led to the realization that there was really only one thing that I knew for sure I was good at and that was my dedication to being active.

Sometimes that first step into the door can be the biggest barrier to cross. But I guarantee after you open that door you’ll never want to leave the journey you are about to start.
I went to Springfield College for football where I decided to focus on earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.
In addition to the four years I had completed two long internships that confirmed my passion for the fitness world. Since then, I have been in the Health and Wellness field for over five years working with a diverse population. Developing all these relationships with people has been one of the most rewarding gifts I have ever received.
There are many people out there that are capable of so much, but they just haven’t been exposed to their true potential yet. Sometimes that first step into the door can be the biggest barrier to cross. But I guarantee after you open that door you’ll never want to leave the journey you are about to start.
